Shipping Policy

When will my order ship?

On items we have in stock, orders will ship within 3-5 business days. 

But...

If it's an item we have run out of stock or don't stock them your product(s) will ship directly from the manufacturer(s).  On these orders we are at mercy of our manufacturers; however, most our manufacturers will ship within 3-5 business day.  

Some product(s) we carry required fabrication upon order or custom orders will may take 1-3 weeks to ship.  If this is the case,  we will send an email notification of the delay after you place your order. 

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (i.e. sales promotions, special events) shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

How will my order come?

We ship most product UPS; however, depending on the origination location and destination location some thing will ship USPS, DHL or FEDEX.

Where's my tracking number? 

In most cases your tracking numbers will come in an email from Black Market UTV or the shipping company.  If you haven't seen a tracking number and the anticipated time to ship an item has lapse then, please let's know!

Unless specified otherwise from the customer, Black Market UTV is not liable to refund or replace products if they are missing.

International Shipping Policy

Shipments may take a week or more on top of the estimated delivery time. This is due to the package possibly being held up at a customs checkpoint. Black Market UTV is not responsible for any delays due to customs.

If you are outside the contiguous United States, you will be responsible for any taxes and duties on any order that you place through Black Market UTV. 

If items are shipping freight, the customer is responsible for contacting and communicating with a shipping broker.

Delivery Delays Can Occasionally Occur.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the variety of our products and manufacturers our return options are addressed on the case by case basis to ensure safety and re-useablity of returned product.​ Returnable Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in New, Unused Condition and in Original Packaging for a refund, less shipping and fees.  All items returned in New, Unused Condition and in Original Packaging will be subject to a restocking fee starting at 20%. The restocking fee will be assessed based on the condition of the product(s) returned.  Customers are required to pay for shipping any product back to Black Market UTV. 
In the event of a free shipping promotion, any return that causes the order to fall below the free shipping minimum will result in a $9.95 charge which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please be advised that custom orders, discontinued, closeout, electrical components and/or products that specifically state it are none returnable/refundable. 

Customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges. No C.O.D.'s will be accepted.  Do not place shipping labels directly on product packaging. Items should be in original packaging and placed in a shipping container with any needed packaging to insure no damage occurs during shipping. The following items cannot be returned: Chemicals that have been opened, acid filled batteries, some electrical items. 

Refunds will be used to pay for exchange orders or issued to the payment methods on the original order.  If a gift card was used to partially pay for the order, the gift card will be refunded first, and then the other forms of payment next.  If a credit card was used, that has now expired, a refund check will be sent to the mailing address on the account.  When contacting Black Market UTV for return authorization, please let the Customer Service Representative know if the card used has expired. 

Depending on the nature of the return we may accept a return in exchange for store credit in certain situations.  Please contact Black Market UTV if you have any questions in regards to this policy before purchasing.​ If your return is outside of these guidelines but you feel a return is warranted for another reason please feel free to contact and speak to a Black Market UTV representative.
